Let's talkWhat Leaders Are Saying
Programs and coaching, in the words of those who have done the work.
Operational Excellence in Action
"Since completing Operational Excellence in Action, I have rolled out 90-day plans across my entire service and built a service plan that maps all our operational and professional objectives for the year, right down to which quarter each one sits in. The mental load that has lifted is significant. The work hasn't disappeared, but it now has a home inside a plan. This has been a huge game changer for role sustainability."
"I finally had the structure and support to move a real operational priority forward. This program also gave me something I didn't expect: a genuine shift in confidence. 'I can do this job and I have value to add', those are words I've been telling myself ever since."
"I enjoyed this course more than I expected. The conversations were excellent and Jo's knowledge and facilitation were fabulous. What struck me most was how the topics built on each other, it never felt disconnected. The breakout rooms gave us space to challenge and support each other, brainstorm, and hear about each other's wins. That kind of peer connection is missing from my normal operational world. I'll be keeping an eye out for everything Jo runs next."
1:1 Coaching
"Working with Jo was a collaborative and supportive exchange. We identified several key areas of focus through the year and built upon this through our time together. She has been incredibly invested in my development and has shown a genuine desire and interest for me to grow both professionally and personally. Equally, through her vast experiences and knowledge Jo has been an invaluable sounding board on many issues and I'm grateful for having been able to work with her."
"Jo is incredibly caring and motivating. Jo was able to coach me and help me overcome issues in my personal life to enable me to reach my potential. She really listens and provides a thoughtful approach. Jo is a seasoned and successful woman in business, so our conversations are always impactful and valuable. I would recommend anyone to sign up as a client with Jo."

Health Operations Inner Circle
Leading a health service is demanding. You're managing performance, workforce, governance and quality, often with limited headspace and limited peer support from people who truly understand the work.
The Health Operations Inner Circle is a free Skool community for operational health leaders, service managers and emerging leaders who want practical support, peer connection and a calmer way to lead.
It's free, practical, and built by someone who has walked this path.

About Jo
I have built my career across health systems, science, operations and executive leadership. From pathology and frontline service delivery through to senior operational and executive roles across complex health services.
I understand the realities of leadership because I have lived them. The competing priorities. The constant pressure. The challenge of balancing operational performance with the people, culture and wellbeing that hold it all together.
Today I work with emerging, established and executive leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence and calm. Through coaching, programs and facilitation, I help leaders strengthen their influence, navigate complexity and achieve sustainable results without losing sight of what matters most.
As a certified HBDI Whole Brain Thinking practitioner, I help leaders and teams understand their thinking preferences, and how those preferences shift under pressure. It changes how people communicate, make decisions and work together. It is one of the most practical tools I bring to coaching and facilitation.
Alongside my executive role, I serve as a Board Director and SA Branch President of the Australasian College of Health Service Management, lecture casually at Flinders University, and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
I created Jo-Glover to give health operations leaders the practical tools, frameworks and coaching support I wish I had earlier in my career. The work is grounded in lived experience, not borrowed from other industries. It is built for the realities of health.
My goal is simple: to help leaders feel clearer, calmer and more capable in the work that matters most.
